I got stuck on the 3rd level as the arrow at the bottom of the screen wouldn't move.
Other than that, it's a pretty good gam.

Maybe you could add some music and sounds.

If it had more visual feedback for completing the 'missions' it could be a pretty good, if simple, game.

Nice graphics, quite a bit of content and smooth, fun controls.
The music was a little annoying though, and different truck models would have been nice.
